1st Floor:
The 1^st level has two bedrooms. The north bedroom by front entrance has a workspace desk, king bed and Roku tv. The south bedroom has a walk in closet, king bed and pocket door that attaches to the full shower bathroom (there is a second door to bathroom through kitchen). The rest of the 1st is a “great room” (living room, dining room, kitchen all open). The living space has a TV, dining table seats 9, kitchen island that seats 4, fully stocked kitchen and large sectional couch. The space also has a sliding glass door out to heated pool, spa, BBQ grill, and outdoor dining and lounge space.  

2nd Floor:
The 2nd level has a spacious family room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and oversized chair that pulls out to a twin bed. Double sliding doors to two covered decks.  Large Master bedroom with king size bed, access to north porch, a oversized chair that pulls out to a twin sleeper, TV, workspace with a desk, a full shower bathroom and linen closet with extra sleeping supplies. 2 bedrooms with queen beds, and a full tub/shower combo bath.

- Sleeps 14 Guests (14 Guests Max allowed in the home at all times, 10 adults 4 children)

The exterior property is monitored by cameras. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home or on the pool/spa area. Pool is heated to 85 Oct-April. 

Signed rental agreement required once booked.

Security Hold of $500 required for any potential damages. (To be processed through vilano101 direct)

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
