The home is designed to accommodate parties of 10 or less; The largest master bedroom is located downstairs and has a king size bed with ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity, dual shower heads & jet tub. The second master bedroom is located upstairs, has a king size bed & ensuite bath featuring a shower and single vanity. Third bedroom upstairs has queen sized bed with adjacent bathroom featuring double vanity and shower. Fourth bedroom has a single twin plus twin bunk beds with adjacent bathroom shared with bedroom three.

There is an open floor plan downstairs with living room, dining room and kitchen, spacious enough to gather together in style. Living room has large comfortable leather couch and a 60 inch SMART curved LED 4K television.
The dining room will accommodate up to 6 guests seated with room for 6 extra guests at the kitchen island.

An amazing Florida Room overlooking the pool is equipped with indoor/outdoor living set, with a full-size sleeper sofa and small dining table, this space makes hanging out so comfortable and spacious.

The kitchen is fully equipped with gas range/oven, microwave, Miele dishwasher, (2) refrigerator/ freezers, Keurig machine, nutria-bullet as well as plenty of dishes, cook ware & utensils, pots/pans, paper goods and non-perishable oils & spices.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
