Discover June’s Bungalow, a bright and breezy upstairs retreat in a historic Vilano Beach bungalow. Full of relaxed coastal charm, this one-bedroom apartment features a comfortable king bedroom, inviting living space, and a covered back balcony perfect for morning coffee or unwinding in the shade after a day at the beach.

Just beyond your private balcony, a shared outdoor oasis awaits, complete with a lighted pergola, fire pit, Adirondack chairs, and hot tub. With the Atlantic Ocean a short walk away and historic St. Augustine just minutes away, June’s Bungalow is a lovely home base for your coastal getaway.

THE SPACE
Natural light fills this upstairs apartment, creating a bright, welcoming atmosphere throughout.

The covered back balcony is a favorite spot to relax, nap in the hammock grill for easy outdoor meals. Enjoy a quiet morning with coffee, settle in with a good book, or unwind after a day exploring the coast.

Downstairs, the shared paver courtyard offers another inviting place to gather. Soak in the hot tub beneath the illuminated pergola, relax around the fire pit, or settle into the Adirondack chairs as the evening winds down.

Inside, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to three guests, with a king bedroom and a futon that opens into a full-size bed. Both TVs are Smart TVs, allowing you to log in to your favorite streaming services, and fast Wi-Fi keeps you connected throughout your stay.

The kitchenette is designed for convenient meal preparation, light cooking, and easy breakfasts before heading out to the beach. You'll find a full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, hot plates, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses.

Please note that there is no stovetop, oven, or dishwasher.

OUTDOOR LIVING
Your apartment and covered balcony are private to June’s Bungalow. The courtyard and certain amenities are shared with Viv, the downstairs apartment.

Shared amenities include:

Fire pit surrounded by Adirondack chairs
Paver courtyard
Exterior laundry shed with stackable washer and dryer

The downstairs apartment is rented separately, so you may encounter other guests on the property during your stay. Both apartments are available to rent together.

LOCATION | VILANO BEACH
With a 60 second walk to the Atlantic Ocean and a 5 minute walkt to the Intracoastal Waterway, June’s Bungalow puts you in a wonderful position to enjoy the best of the coast.

Publix is approximately a two-minute walk or drive away, along with a plaza offering water-sports rentals and gear. Head across the Vilano Bridge in about four minutes to reach Camachee Cove for boat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters, or enjoy a meal at Kingfish Grill.

When you're ready to explore beyond the beach, historic downtown St. Augustine is approximately a five-minute drive away, with its charming streets, shops, restaurants, galleries, and rich history.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
This rental includes the upstairs apartment only.
Access is via an exterior staircase, so guests must be comfortable using stairs.
The hot tub, pergola courtyard, and laundry shed are shared with the downstairs apartment, Viv.
Up to two dogs are welcome; please confirm approval and any applicable pet fees or restrictions before booking.
No smoking or events.

June is Dog friendly, with a maximum of one dog, 2 smaller dogs may be considered. A $100 fee applies per dog, and approval is required before booking. No cats. Downstairs apartment is rented separately and could have a dog as well during your stay.
The primary renter must be 25 or older. The person booking the property is required to sign the rental agreement, provide photo ID, and authorize a $200 refundable security deposit hold.
One parking space is provided per apartment. Additional vehicles should park at Publix.
The home sits along a road, so some road noise is to be expected.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
