Things to Know:
• The primary renter must be at least 25 years old
• A $400 temporary security-deposit hold, signed rental agreement and government-issued ID are required for every booking. The hold is processed through our secure direct-booking system
• Pearl welcomes approved low- or no-shedding dogs. Breed approval is required before booking, with a maximum of two dogs and a $75 fee per dog. Sorry, no cats
• Pool heating is provided from October through April. Pool temperatures vary depending on outside air temperatures, but Vilano 101 proactively maintains comfortable temperatures at no additional charge to guests
• From April through October, the pool naturally averages approximately 85–90 degrees. If the temperature falls below 85 degrees during these months, we automatically turn on the heater
• Golf carts are not included with the home rental. Optional four-seat and six-seat carts may be available for an additional fee through a separate third-party provider and must be reserved separately

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.

Security deposit Hold of $400 for any potential damages.
