With playful coastal character, private entrances, two king bedrooms, and a shared outdoor oasis all to yourselves, it’s the perfect setting for a family getaway or a beach trip with friends.

THE SPACE
Housed in a charming lavender clapboard bungalow with bright blue trim, the property includes two unique apartments, each with its own entrance, kitchen, bathroom, and inviting living space sleeping a total of 6 guests.

Upstairs | June
Light, breezy, and full of coastal charm, the upstairs apartment features a teal-accented living room with electric fireplace sleeper futon, high top dining table, King bedroom, full bathroom with walk in shower, smart tv's, ceiling fans and a covered balcony furnished with hammock, a bistro table, and an electric grill. Access is via an exterior staircase.

Downstairs | Viv
The downstairs apartment embraces its playful retro personality with a tomato-red refrigerator, seafoam range, and vibrant tangerine, coral, and cobalt accents. Inside, a living room with sleeper futon, small dinette table for 2, King bedroom, full bath with walk in shower, smart tv's and ceiling fans. Step outside to your screened patio, complete with hammock, string lights, and an electric grill.

The Outdoor Oasis

Because you're booking both apartments together, the courtyard, hot tub, fire pit, laundry shed, and outdoor amenities are exclusively for your group during your stay.

Each apartment has its own kitchenette setup, with full size refrigerator, cook top, toasters, microwaves and coffee makers. giving your group extra flexibility for meals, snacks, and morning coffee.

Downstairs Viv's Kitchen
The retro-inspired kitchen includes a refrigerator with freezer, working cooktop, microwave, toaster, kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, cookware, baking sheet, dishes, and wine glasses.

Please note: the vintage oven is decorative only and must not be used.

Upstairs June's Kitchenette
The upstairs kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, hot plates, kettle, blender, drip coffee maker, cookware, dishes, and wine glasses. It is designed for light meal preparation and reheating and does not have a stove or oven.

Neither kitchen has a dishwasher.

LOCATION | VILANO BEACH
With the Atlantic Ocean to the east and the Intracoastal Waterway to the west, you'll be perfectly positioned to enjoy the best of the coast.

Publix is just a two-minute walk OR drive away, along with a plaza offering water-sports rentals and gear. Head across the Vilano Bridge in about four minutes to reach Camachee Cove for boat rentals and deep-sea fishing charters, or enjoy dinner at Kingfish Grill.

When you're ready to explore, historic downtown St. Augustine is approximately a five-minute drive away, offering charming streets, shops, restaurants, galleries, and plenty of history to discover.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING
This reservation includes both apartments: the downstairs Viv and upstairs June.
The upstairs apartment, June is accessed via an exterior staircase.
Apartments do not have a bathtub or dishwasher
Two side-by-side parking spaces are provided. Additional vehicles should park at Publix.
The property sits along a road, so some road noise is to be expected.
Up to two dogs are welcome with prior approval and a $100 fee per dog. Cats are not permitted.
No smoking, parties, or events.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.

Check-out: 10:00 AM
The primary renter must be 25 or older. The person booking the property is required to sign the rental agreement, provide photo ID, and authorize a $400 refundable security deposit hold.
A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door. There are no other cameras on the property and none inside the home.

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
