A spacious two-story beach house in the quiet North Beach neighborhood with a private heated pool and spa, two covered decks, indoor and outdoor dining and a fenced yard. Two blocks to the beach; walkable to Aunt Kate's and North Beach Park.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.

☕Coffee Setup
A 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig single-cup machine, with a starter supply of coffee - bring both grounds and pods.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
Downstairs: two king bedrooms (one with a workspace desk and Roku TV; one with a walk-in closet and connecting bath). Upstairs: king deck master with TV, desk and porch access, plus two queen bedrooms and a family room with a queen sleeper sofa and two twin sleeper chairs. Linens, extra pillows and blankets provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms: main-level shower bath, upstairs tub/shower combo and the upstairs master shower bath. Hair dryer, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Bath towels and beach towels are provided.

🛺Golf Carts
Optional golf-cart rentals (4-seat and 6-seat) are available through Finn Golf Carts, a separate rental business that delivers to Vilano 101 homes. Carts are not included with the home and are booked separately.

- Sunscreen, bug spray and after-sun lotion
- Groceries and coffee pods or grounds beyond the starter supply (Publix is minutes away)
- Extra paper goods for longer stays
- Beach bag, water bottles and a cooler for beach days
- Any special baby or dietary items
- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are
📌Important House Notes
- One flight of stairs to the second-floor bedrooms, baths and family room.
- Dog friendly with prior approval.
- Keypad entry, available 24 hours (code in your welcome letter).
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.
