Vida sits on a quiet residential street in Vilano Beach, three minutes on foot from the sand. The private fenced pool catches the morning sun off the kitchen and living room, and the converted-garage tiki lounge - mural, bar with stools, outdoor sofas on turf, a big smart TV, beverage fridge, darts and cornhole - opens straight onto the pool deck. The beach walkover is across Coastal Highway and the Intracoastal boat ramp is a few blocks away.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.

☕Coffee Setup
A 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig single-cup machine, with a starter supply of coffee - bring both grounds and pods.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
First-floor king primary with ensuite (walk-in shower and a separate jetted tub). Second floor: a king primary with ensuite (walk-in shower and tub), a king bedroom, and a bunk room with a full bed and two twins. Ceiling fan and smart TV in every bedroom. Linens, extra pillows and blankets provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms (two ensuites plus a hallway tub/shower bath upstairs) and a half bath off the first-floor entry. Hair dryer, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Bath towels and beach towels are provided.

- Tiki lounge in the converted garage with a bar, outdoor sofas, large smart TV, beverage fridge, darts, cornhole and lawn games

🛺Golf Carts
Optional golf-cart rentals (4-seat and 6-seat) are available through Finn Golf Carts, a separate rental business that delivers to Vilano 101 homes. Carts are not included with the home and are booked separately.

- Sunscreen, bug spray and after-sun lotion
- Groceries and coffee pods or grounds beyond the starter supply (Publix is minutes away)
- Extra paper goods for longer stays
- Beach bag, water bottles and a cooler for beach days
- Any special baby or dietary items
- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are

- Two-story home with stairs.
- Pool heat is optional and paid (see Outdoor); below 60 degrees outside the heater cannot be guaranteed to keep a swimmable temperature.
- Please keep the tiki lounge's garage and side doors closed when not in use.
- Dog friendly - see the pet policy on your booking.
- Keypad entry (code in your welcome letter).
