A three-story beach house on a .42-acre lot with more than 50 palm trees, ocean views from the third-floor deck and the beach a one-minute walk across the street. Two separate entrances make it ideal for two families. The Vilano Community Center (basketball, tennis, pickleball, playground) is one block away and Publix is half a mile.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.

A dual coffee maker - single-cup and 12-cup in one machine - plus a starter supply of coffee.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
Third floor: ocean-view king master suite (soaker tub for two, tile shower, double sinks, toilet room), an ocean-view queen bedroom that opens to the deck and a queen bedroom with its own bath. Ground floor: queen suite with its own entrance and bath, plus a queen sleeper sofa and an ottoman that converts to a twin in the family room. Linens, extra pillows and blankets provided.

Three full bathrooms and a half bath on the main (second) floor. Hair dryer, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

- Private heated pool - heated to 85 degrees October through April at no extra charge - with a shallow 'Shamu shelf', umbrella and color-changing pool lights
- Covered patio with picnic table by the grill; lounge seats and table on the second-floor balcony; seats and loungers around the pool
- Tree swing, play slide and a spacious partially fenced yard
- String lights under the deck and around the pool on a timer (8 to 10 pm)
- BBQ grill with utensils

Optional golf-cart rentals (4-seat and 6-seat) are available through Finn Golf Carts, a separate rental business that delivers to Vilano 101 homes. Carts are not included with the home and are booked separately.

- Groceries and coffee pods or grounds beyond the starter supply (Publix is minutes away)
- Extra paper goods for longer stays
- Beach bag, water bottles and a cooler for beach days

- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are
📌Important House Notes
- This is a three-story home with stairs between every level.
- Maximum 11 guests; not for large gatherings or parties unless approved before booking.
- No pets.
- Keypad entry, available 24 hours (code in your welcome letter).
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.
