A bright, airy one-level home four houses from the beach, where you can hear the waves from the yard. The backyard backs onto conservation land with a heated pool, a brand-new seven-person hot tub and a BBQ grill; the garage holds a sauna, beach bikes and all the beach supplies. Boaters welcome - the driveway fits a truck and trailer.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.

A 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig single-cup machine, with a starter supply of coffee - bring both grounds and pods.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
Primary king suite with TV, desk workspace, private pool access and a walk-in closet (where the Pack 'n Play, bassinet and high chair live). Blue room: king bed, TV and a twin futon chair for a child under 12. Pink room: king bed, TV and laptop desk. Yellow room: queen bed, TV, laptop desk and a twin futon chair for a child under 12. Bonus sitting room with a queen sleeper sofa. Linens for every bed and futon provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms; bathroom 2 opens directly to the pool. The primary ensuite has separate sinks, a soaker tub, a shower with a seat and a private toilet. Hair dryer, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Bath towels, hand towels, wash cloths and beach towels are provided.

🛺Golf Carts
Optional golf-cart rentals (4-seat and 6-seat) are available through Finn Golf Carts, a separate rental business that delivers to Vilano 101 homes. Carts are not included with the home and are booked separately.

- Sunscreen, bug spray and after-sun lotion
- Groceries and coffee pods or grounds beyond the starter supply (Publix is minutes away)
- Extra paper goods for longer stays
- Beach bag, water bottles and a cooler for beach days
- Any special baby or dietary items
- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are
📌Important House Notes
- Sleeps 10: 8 adults maximum (2 per bed) plus 2 children under 12 on the futon chairs; no more than 10 in the home at any time.
- Dog friendly: $100 pet fee per pet.
- You cross the street for beach access; the beach access has golf-cart parking.
- Keypad entry, available 24 hours (code in your welcome letter).
- At check-out: garbage in the outdoor bins, fill and start the dishwasher, lock all pool doors and double-check the front door (the bolt does not always catch); do not lock the interior garage door.
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.
