The Pink Palms Retreat is The Palms (three stories, ocean views, heated pool) and Pink Flamingo (one level, screened pool and spa) booked together - a coastal compound across the street from the beach with pickleball, tennis, basketball and a playground 100 feet away, parking for 9+ vehicles and room for boats and trailers.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.
🍳Kitchen & Cooking
- Two fully stocked kitchens plus the ground-floor kitchenette at The Palms (fridge, sink, microwave)

☕Coffee Setup
The Palms: a dual coffee maker (single-cup and 12-cup). Pink Flamingo: a Keurig plus a 12-cup pot. Starter coffee provided - bring pods and grounds for both.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
The Palms: ocean-view king master, two ocean-view queen bedrooms and a ground-floor in-law suite (queen, queen sleeper sofa, twin ottoman pullout). Pink Flamingo: king master with slider to the pool, Flamingo queen room (TV), Surf queen room (no TV), Teal queen room (pool views, TV) and a queen sleeper sofa in the second living room. Linens, extra pillows and blankets provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Five full bathrooms and one half bath across the two homes. Hair dryer in each bathroom; basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided. Clothes drying rack available.

Bath towels and beach towels are provided.

Full-size washer and dryer at The Palms (third floor) and a laundry room at Pink Flamingo. Iron and ironing board provided.

Free parking for 9+ vehicles; boats and trailers welcome.

🛺Golf Carts

- Groceries and coffee pods or grounds beyond the starter supply (Publix is minutes away)
- Extra paper goods for longer stays
- Beach bag, water bottles and a cooler for beach days
- Any special baby or dietary items
- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are

- The Palms is a three-story home with stairs; Pink Flamingo is one level with step-free access.
- Dog friendly - see the pet policy on your booking.
- Keypad entry at both homes (codes in your welcome letter).
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.
