Pearl is a timeless, elevated coastal beach house on one level with high ceilings, two primary suites, a game room and a coffee nook - only 150 feet from a tucked-away stretch of Vilano Beach that often feels like your own. Walking distance to three restaurants; minutes to St. Augustine.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.

☕Coffee Setup
A 12-cup drip coffee maker and a single-cup Keurig in the coffee nook, with comfy chairs to enjoy it. Starter coffee provided - bring pods and grounds.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
Primary suite (king) with ensuite: double vanity, double shower, soaker tub, toilet and bidet. Green suite (king). Aqua Blue room (king with a desk workstation). Turquoise room (queen). Periwinkle family room with a queen, a twin loft and a separate twin. Linens, extra pillows and blankets provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Three full bathrooms: the primary ensuite (rain shower and bidet) plus the Turquoise and Periwinkle tub/shower baths. Hair dryer, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
🧺Towels
Bath towels and beach towels are provided.
🏖️Beach Gear
- Shed stocked with beach gear: wagon, umbrella, sand toys and four to six beach chairs
- We supply a minimum of 4 beach chairs (there are typically more, but we do not guarantee more than 4), a beach umbrella, a wagon and sand toys.

- Private heated pool - heating provided October through April; the pool naturally averages 85-90 degrees the rest of the year and the heater comes on if it drops below 85

🛺Golf Carts
Optional golf-cart rentals (4-seat and 6-seat) are available through Finn Golf Carts, a separate rental business that delivers to Vilano 101 homes. Carts are not included with the home and are booked separately.

- Sunscreen, bug spray and after-sun lotion
- Groceries and coffee pods or grounds beyond the starter supply (Publix is minutes away)
- Extra paper goods for longer stays
- Beach bag, water bottles and a cooler for beach days
- Any special baby or dietary items
- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are
📌Important House Notes
- Dog friendly for approved low- or no-shed dogs with prior approval; $100 per dog; no cats. The property is not fully fenced at this time.
- Keypad entry, available 24 hours (code in your welcome letter).
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.
