Completed in February 2026, The Sea Olive is the newest cottage in Vilano Beach - a two-bedroom, two-bath beach house 5 miles from downtown St. Augustine and a 6-to-8-minute walk (two blocks, crossing A1A) or a 2-minute golf-cart ride to the beach. The Intracoastal dock, boat ramp and Aunt Kate's are two streets away.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.

☕Coffee Setup
A 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig single-cup machine, with a starter supply of coffee - bring both grounds and pods.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
Green room: queen bed. Blue room: queen bed. Queen sleeper sofa in the living room (extra pillows and blankets for it are in the laundry room). Closets in both bedrooms (no dressers). Linens provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms: a tub/shower combination bath and the primary ensuite shower bath. Hair dryer, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Towels for bath, hot tub and beach use are provided.

- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are
📌Important House Notes
- Pets by prior approval, $100 per pet; the yard is fully fenced.
- Keypad entry, available 24 hours (code in your welcome letter).
- At check-out: throw away trash, gather towels and lock up (details in your welcome letter).
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.
