Family Tides is SeaBreeze ('High Tide') and Coco ('Low Tide') booked together as one family retreat in the North Beach block of Vilano Beach: two kitchens, two grills, two laundry set-ups, one heated pool, two hot tubs and an outdoor gas fireplace, with the beach a two-minute walk through a short trail and across the street.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.
🍳Kitchen & Cooking
- Two full kitchens - High Tide has a gas range, microwave, Miele dishwasher and two refrigerators; Low Tide has a refrigerator, stove, oven and microwave (no dishwasher)
- Dishes, utensils, cookware, pots and pans, baking sheets, wine glasses in both
- Toasters, blenders, a NutriBullet and an electric kettle (High Tide)
- Basic spices and pantry items
- Grill utensils
☕Coffee Setup
High Tide and Low Tide each have a 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig single-cup machine. A starter supply of coffee is provided - bring both grounds and pods.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
High Tide: two king masters with ensuites (one downstairs with a jetted tub), a queen bedroom and a twin-plus-bunk bedroom, plus sleeper sofas in the Florida room and living room. Low Tide: queen master with ensuite, king bedroom, and a memory-foam sleeper sofa in the living room. Sleeps 14 (10 adults maximum and children 12 and under). Linens, extra pillows and blankets provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Five full bathrooms and one half bath across the two homes. Hair dryer, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
🧺Towels
Bath towels and beach towels are provided at both homes.

- We supply a minimum of 4 beach chairs (there are typically more, but we do not guarantee more than 4), a beach umbrella, a wagon and sand toys.

🛺Golf Carts
Optional golf-cart rentals (4-seat and 6-seat) are available through Finn Golf Carts, a separate rental business that delivers to Vilano 101 homes. Carts are not included with the home and are booked separately.
🎒Things You May Want to Bring
- Sunscreen, bug spray and after-sun lotion
- Groceries and coffee pods or grounds beyond the starter supply (Publix is minutes away)
- Extra paper goods for longer stays
- Beach bag, water bottles and a cooler for beach days
- Any special baby or dietary items
- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are
📌Important House Notes
- Sleeps 14: 10 adults maximum, with children 12 and under making up the rest.
- No pets.
- Keypad entry at both homes (codes in your welcome letter).
- Google Maps may place this home downtown - it is in Vilano Beach; follow the directions in your welcome letter.
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.
- At check-out: turn things off, throw away trash, gather towels and lock up (details in your welcome letter).
