A Salty-Floridian-Chic cottage in the quiet North Beach neighborhood, about 3 miles from historic downtown. Walk to the beach along the dune trail (you cross A1A, so hold little hands), or two streets the other way to the Intracoastal dock and boat ramp. The back courtyard has an oak-tree backdrop, lounge furniture and a bubbling fountain.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.

☕Coffee Setup
A 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig single-cup machine, with a starter supply of coffee - bring both grounds and pods.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
Master bedroom with a queen adjustable Serta mattress and ensuite bath (double vanity, walk-in shower); second bedroom with a king bed and an adjacent shower bath; a sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens, extra pillows and blankets provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms, both with showers. Hair dryer, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.
🧺Towels
Bath towels are provided. Beach towels are not listed for this home, so pack your own to be safe.

Optional golf-cart rentals (4-seat and 6-seat) are available through Finn Golf Carts, a separate rental business that delivers to Vilano 101 homes. Carts are not included with the home and are booked separately.

📌Important House Notes
- Designed for parties of 6 or fewer - ideal for one or two couples with up to two children.
- Dog friendly: $100 pet fee per pet.
- Keypad entry, available 24 hours (code in your welcome letter).
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the spa area.
