The Coastal Duo pairs Vilano Bliss and The Sea Olive, two side-by-side homes connected by a private gated yard, for multi-family getaways and reunions. Together: two fully stocked kitchens, a heated pool and spa (Bliss), a covered-deck hot tub (Olive), a wood fire pit, cornhole, two grills, outdoor dining and beach gear - two blocks from Vilano Beach and walkable to Aunt Kate's and North Beach Park.
This page is the answer to "what does the house have?" so you can pack with confidence. Your welcome letter arrives by email three days before check-in with the address, keypad code, Wi-Fi details, house rules, trash day and check-out instructions. Nothing on this page replaces it.

☕Coffee Setup
Each home has a 12-cup coffee maker and a Keurig single-cup machine, with a starter supply of coffee - bring both grounds and pods.
🧻Starter Supplies & Paper Goods
We leave a limited starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, dish soap and basic toiletries to get you settled. It is a starter supply, not a full-stay supply, so plan to pick up more for a longer stay.
🛏️Bedrooms & Linens
Bliss: deck master king with sleeper chair, Crystal King, Tropic King, Sunshine Queen, Yellow Queen and an upstairs family room with a queen sleeper sofa and twin sleeper chair. Olive: queen primary with ensuite and slider to the deck, second queen bedroom, and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Linens, extra pillows and blankets provided.
🚿Bathrooms
Five full bathrooms: Bliss main-level shower bath, upstairs combo bath and upstairs master shower bath (double sinks); Olive tub/shower bath and the primary ensuite. Hair dryers, basic soaps, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided.

Bath towels and beach towels are provided.

- Beach gear at both homes - wagon, chairs, boogie boards and toys at Bliss

- We supply a minimum of 4 beach chairs (there are typically more, but we do not guarantee more than 4), a beach umbrella, a wagon and sand toys.

🛺Golf Carts
Optional golf-cart rentals (4-seat and 6-seat) are available through Finn Golf Carts, a separate rental business that delivers to Vilano 101 homes. Carts are not included with the home and are booked separately.

- Sunscreen, bug spray and after-sun lotion
- Groceries and coffee pods or grounds beyond the starter supply (Publix is minutes away)
- Extra paper goods for longer stays
- Beach bag, water bottles and a cooler for beach days

- Chargers, and a swimsuit for day one - the pool and beach are ready when you are
📌Important House Notes
- Bliss has one flight of stairs to its second floor; Olive is a cottage.
- Dog friendly: $100 pet fee per pet.
- Keypad entry at both homes (codes in your welcome letter).
- At check-out: turn things off, throw away trash, gather towels and lock up (details in your welcome letter).
- The exterior is monitored by a doorbell camera and a driveway camera. There are no cameras inside the home or in the pool/spa area.
