5 steps to a large front porch with rocking chairs.  Main living space is an open concept with living room (pull-out queen sofa) large smart tv, spacious dining room that seats eight with an additional four seats at the bar. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook to your heart's content with a large kitchen island. Blue home has a master with king bed and full shower bathroom, 3 queen beds (2 with Roku smart TVs and a second bathroom with shower/tub combo. Washer and dryer located just off the living room, so feel free to pack light! This pet-friendly home even has a fully enclosed yard for your furry friend to get their exercise in, a BBQ and patio with table to seat 6. Enjoy the sun setting in the intracoastal while reminiscing with friends.

Pets must be approved by owner before booking. Large dogs are allowed. A $75 pet fee will be added to reservation for each pet.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, excellent for peaceful walks. 

Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel and treat the space with respect.The exterior property is monitored by cameras. For privacy there are NO cameras inside the home. This home is  it for parties or large gatherings

Minimum age to rent is 25. Security Hold of $400 processed direct through Vilano101 for any potential damages. Signed renters agreement required once booked.

This rental is located in coveted Vilano Beach, known as a sleepy surfer town that isn't overcrowded with restaurants, hotels, and tourists. You'll be conveniently close to downtown St. Augustine (7 minute drive) with its hundreds of restaurants and access to many of the area's best beaches. Choose the best of both worlds by enjoying our small surfer village feel with our handful of great restaurants, new grocery store, and the Vilano Pier, where you can fish or catch a water taxi to downtown, while also being close to the many attractions that bring people here from all over the world.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: Ninety-seven percent (97.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 15 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
